SecondsAfter 6 years, the long anticipated night segment of Japanese Cultural Festival & Night (JCFN) is finally back!
JCFN is an annual event organised by the NUS Japanese Studies Society (JSS) with a goal to enrich visitors and leave them with a greater appreciation of Japanese culture. This year, a full-day event will feature many fun festival booths and exciting performances that visitors can look forward to!
The theme for JCFN 2025 is ”翼” (Tsubasa) , meaning “Wings" in Japanese. The theme symbolises freedom, growth, and the boundless pursuit of dreams. Just as wings carry us beyond boundaries, we are bringing back JCN to signify a period of expansion and forward momentum, celebrating both the timeless traditions of Japanese culture and the exciting opportunities we have in store for the future.
We embrace the journey of cultural exchange, uplifting and inspiring as we take off toward new horizons. To highlight the theme, JCF & JCN 2025 seeks to elevate the appreciation for Japanese culture through captivating performances and passion-filled activities.
